Better toughen up, Corsair, or Lillipup might just replace you as Cheren's signature Pokemon...

The Lillipup family is my favorite from Gen 5 (and Stoutland is even in my top 5 favorite Pokemon of all time) so I'm always super excited to have an excuse to draw 'em.

Cheren seems to have a little too much optimistic confidence in his new friend.

I'm excited to see more Pokemon in this comic, because so far everyone you've drawn has just been adorable!

Kind of wish the Pokemon would talk between each other, the dialogue here could be great.

@Axies: the dialogue on this particular page probably wouldn't be too stellar, but i'm sure they'd have fascinating conversations a little later! i don't currently have any plans to make the pokemon talk (except MAYBE in scenes with n) but i hope to make them interesting and distinct characters even without dialogue! it'll be something of a challenge!

D: That's not comforting.
Me: oh. I said that wrong
